Short Term Rental, Long Term Rental and Absentee Ownership

Short Term: We take care of the Bookings, the Guests and the Turnovers. We do the work while you enjoy the rental revenue.

Long Term: As a real estate brokerage, we will list your property on MLS with professional photography and description for maximum exposure. We will find and screen potential tenants and manage the leasing process. After the lease is in place, we will be the main point of contact for your tenants for all things related to your property; questions, repairs, etc.

Absentee Ownership: We keep an eye on your home while you’re away. Whether you’re a snowbird, a seasonal resident or live out of town, we check on your property, manage upkeep and keep you updated, so you can relax knowing it’s cared for.
